How we work

Every action Hushward takes on your behalf is logged — who filed what, when, under which statute, and what came back. Nothing runs in the dark, and nothing is quietly retried. You can dispute a request, escalate a non-response, or hand the whole record to your lawyer.
We don’t buy or sell personal data, and we don’t enrich your profile from third-party sources to make the scan look scarier. If a scan finds a record, it’s because the broker publishes it — not because we planted it.
Security and access controls are built in from day one: per-user scoping on every query, role-based access for team workspaces, and encryption at rest and in transit. We treat your privacy record with the same standard we ask brokers to treat your personal data.
